Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).
• Familiarity with US work types: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Ability to source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies & roles.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and match client requirements.
• Experience working with US clients / State clients (preferred).
• Basic understanding of ATS / CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good time management and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work US shifts (on-site).

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Proficiency in Spring framework (Boot, MVC, Security).
• Experience with database design and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
